How to Use:
Preparation: Before wearing, close the hooks located on the side. This facilitates the process of putting it on.
Adjustment: After wearing, slide your hand underneath it to make the final adjustments. Gently push the chest to the sides, directing it towards the back, to achieve a flatter and more uniform silhouette.

How to Measure:
Chest: Position the measuring tape across the back and under the breast.
Bust: Pass the measuring tape across the back and over the breast, at the areola line, where the volume is greatest.
Alternative Without a Measuring Tape:
If you do not have a measuring tape, use a string (or even a cell phone cable) and a ruler. Measure with the string, mark the measured point, and then use the ruler to convert the measurement into centimeters.
Attention:
When using a measuring tape, check if you are reading the correct scale in centimeters. If you are using a side of the tape that is not in centimeters, use a Bic pen as a reference, which should measure approximately 14cm. Make sure to start the measurement at the beginning of the tape and proceed carefully to ensure accuracy.
