Welcome to Transtore Packers. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the relationship between you (the customer) and Transtore Packers, a company registered in Brazil under company number (CNPJ) 29.341.784/0001-01, responsible for this online store. By registering and completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Acceptance is required in order to use the store.
To make a purchase, you must be 18 or older and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are a minor, you must be assisted or represented by your legal guardians. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and up to date.
We work with packers, cosmetics, clothing (including binders and underwear), accessories, and other items available on the site. Product information, prices, payment methods, and delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. We may, at any time, change prices, assortment, and conditions, as well as correct any information errors.
In the “Name” field, enter the name shown on your official photo ID. This matters because, if the package is held by the carrier or postal service, a photo ID will be required for pickup, and the name must match. You may use a chosen name — in that case, you must have a document proving it, to ensure pickup if any document is requested.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. If we identify inconsistent information or signs of risk, we may request proof and, if necessary, decline to proceed with the purchase.
Some retailers and resellers sell our products on their own account. We are not responsible for sales, shipping, exchanges, returns, or support for products purchased through these third parties — in such cases, the customer must deal directly with the retailer they bought from. These Terms apply exclusively to purchases made directly with us, in this official store.
You choose the payment method from the options available at checkout. When paying by credit card, the charge may appear on your statement under the name of the payment processor used (for example, Mercado Pago, NuvemShop, PayPal, or similar), and not necessarily as “Transtore.” For security, some purchases may go through fraud analysis, with the order pending until completion. Shipping times start counting from payment confirmation.
The purchase of packers is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. By purchasing this type of product, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
We ship through the postal service or other carriers, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Times are stated in business days (not counting weekends and holidays). Dispatch happens as quickly as possible, and may take from zero to four business days after payment confirmation. When available, the tracking code is sent to your email, and it is your responsibility to follow the delivery. Full details on timelines, pickup at a branch, and incorrect addresses are in our Exchange and Return Policy, below.
You are responsible for entering your details correctly and completely, especially the delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by the carrier, nor for incorrect data provided at registration. You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always the one published on the site, taking effect upon publication. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

As Transtore is a Brazilian company, these Terms are governed by Brazilian law and by the applicable consumer protection legislation.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy follows the applicable consumer protection law for retail sales within Brazil. Below we explain, in simple terms, how the timelines, conditions, and shipping scenarios work — including when shipping costs are (or are not) refundable.
As soon as you receive your order, check that you received the correct product and in good condition. If there is any discrepancy, contact us as soon as possible through our official channels.
Because this is an online purchase, you may cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days from receipt, with no need to justify, as provided by Brazilian consumer law. In this case, the refund is full, including the shipping cost, and the cost of sending the product back is on us. Just request it through our channels with your order number, and we will send a free prepaid shipping label.
In addition to withdrawal, you may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receipt. Make the request first through our channels; we then issue the shipping label for the return. After we receive the product, it goes through a review, which may take up to 30 days.
Conditions for acceptance:
If everything is in order (compliant product), we exchange it for another available item or refund the amount. If the desired item is out of stock, it can be replaced by another model/size; any price difference is adjusted. If there are signs of use or the return does not meet the conditions above (non-compliant product), the request is not accepted and the product is sent back to you, with the shipping and re-shipping costs at your expense.
Once the return is approved, the refund follows the payment method: credit card or bank transfer within 10 business days, and PIX (instant transfer) within 3 business days. When the product has already been shipped, the refund (when due) takes place after the product is returned to us.
Refunds are always issued to the same account or card used for payment, since it is the payment processor itself that handles the refund. For PIX, the amount is returned exclusively to the account that made the payment; we do not issue PIX refunds to third-party accounts. For credit cards, the refund is made to the same card used in the purchase.
All products have a 90-calendar-day warranty from receipt against manufacturing defects, as provided by the applicable consumer law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from normal use. To make a claim, send photos and purchase details through our channels. Once the defect is confirmed, we arrange repair, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
No product lasts forever: signs of wear, scratches, or tears resulting from use are natural and do not constitute manufacturing defects, and do not give rise to an exchange on that basis.
Follow the tracking sent to your email. In some cases, the product is held for pickup at the indicated branch, and it must be picked up within the stated period (generally 3 business days), with photo ID and the tracking code. Someone else may pick it up by bringing a copy of your ID.
When the product comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being absent, or failure to pick it up in time, the responsibility is the customer's: a re-shipping fee will be charged or, if you prefer to cancel, we refund only the value of the products — the shipping already used is not refunded, since the transport service was provided. This rule does not apply to the 7-day right of withdrawal, which always guarantees a full refund including shipping.
Once the order has been shipped, items cannot be changed. If you want to modify anything after dispatch, the shipping and re-shipping costs are at your expense. So please check everything before completing your order.
Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers must have exchanges, returns, and warranty handled directly with them. This policy applies only to purchases made directly in our official store.
We ship internationally, both retail and wholesale. Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on the right of withdrawal for international orders. Cases of manufacturing defect are covered by the warranty and handled individually by our customer service team, which will advise on review, photos, and the best solution for each situation. Sales to retailers and resellers (wholesale) are business-to-business relationships and are not subject to the consumer right of withdrawal. For these sales, the agreed commercial conditions and the legal warranty against manufacturing defects apply; other exchanges are subject to case-by-case negotiation.

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or improper disclosure. We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes and legal obligations (such as tax and warranty periods); after that, it is deleted.
Our store is hosted on the Nuvemshop platform and uses cookies — small files stored in your browser — to function properly, remember your preferences, and improve your shopping experience. In general, the cookies we use fall into the following categories:
