The story behind Transtore
Transtore was born in 2017 out of a real need: to offer trans men products that bring comfort, confidence, and well-being to everyday life. More than a store, it grew out of a lived experience — and that is the story we want to share with you.
It all began with Stevan Queiroz, known to many as Téhh Queiroz, the founder of Transtore. From here on, he is the one telling how it all happened.
How it all started
At the beginning of my transition, I was constantly searching for ways to feel good about myself. Before my top surgery, I used to wrap my chest with insulating tape and wear very tight tops to try to hide the volume. I had the surgery in 2015 and, right afterward, I became even more bothered by the lack of a visible bulge in my underwear and swimwear. I kept avoiding beaches and pools, worried about how people would look at me.
I tried everything to solve this on my own: shaping things with socks, padding, buying smaller penile prostheses that I would cut in the hope of achieving something realistic and comfortable. Nothing worked. The sock would soak up water, and everything looked artificial. There was also a fear that few people imagine — going to public places and being dependent on the restroom, running the risk of finding only urinals in the men's room, or facing situations where I simply couldn't sit down to urinate.
Those frustrations gave me the certainty that I had to find a solution. I did not want to keep living that way.
The first Packer Allday
In October 2016, the first prototype of the Packer Allday was ready: a packer of roughly 10 cm — small, flexible, soft, and comfortable, with a hollow internal channel that made it possible to urinate while standing and that also worked for intimacy.
I started using it every day, and the change went far beyond how others saw me. It was an internal change. Wearing the packer made me feel good about myself and gave me the confidence to go out in public without the weight I used to carry.
From a personal story to Transtore
At that time I was a YouTuber. I made videos, had a community of followers on YouTube and Facebook, and openly shared my transition. In early 2017, I began offering the Packer Allday to a few friends through social media. Demand grew, and it was in March 2017 that this movement truly took shape and gave rise to Transtore.
I wanted other trans guys, who were going through the same situations I had, to know that these products existed and to be able to have the same experience I had.
That was always the goal: to give other trans men the same turning point I had lived through.
Growing together with our customers
New products came from the meeting between my own needs and those of our customers, who would tell us what they wished they had to make daily life easier. That is how the Binder Faixa, the Cueca com volume (underwear with volume), the Cueca para packer (packer underwear), and other models of packers and binders came to be, and so on. A continuous listening to our customers is what brought us here.
The focus has always been on quality — products that truly deliver results and a good experience, not just any solution.
